Basic Series Knives and Field Series Knives have a one year limited warranty. Pro Series Knives and Art Series Knives have a limited lifetime warranty. If your knife fails due to a defect in manufacture, we will repair it or replace it free of charge. Customer will pay shipping to get the knife to me, I will pay the return shipping.
Broken Tips: Your knife is hardened to 60HRC+ which means it can’t be used a a pry bar or screwdriver! The tip can easily break if it is abused in any fashion. The warranty covers defects in manufacture only. It does not cover tips that were broken off due to misuse! We can repair most broken tips for a small fee.
Dishwashers: Your knife should never be placed in the dishwasher. Although the blade may survive, the handle will eventually be compromised. The high temperatures and caustic detergents used for dishwashers are not good for professional quality knives. Damaged caused by dishwashers is not covered by the warranty.
Staining And Rust: All knives will stain and/or rust if not taken care of. That includes stainless steel! Rust and stains are less common on stainless steel knives, but it is still possible. Carbon steel knives will rust and/or stain almost immediately if not properly cared for. You must clean and dry carbon steel knives immediately after use! Even with proper care carbon steel knives will eventually take on a patina with use and time. This is normal for carbon steel. Rust, stains, and patina, is not considered a defect in manufacture and is not covered by warranty. Please read the care instructions with your knife and on this website!
Satisfaction Warranty: If you are not happy with your knife for any reason, contact me with in 14 days after receiving your knife. Depending on the issue, I will make a decision on whether or not I can fix the issue, remake the knife, or issue a full refund. Customer will need to pay shipping to return the knife within 30 days of receiving it. I will make any repairs, replacements, or refunds a top priority after the knife is returned.
Sharpening: If your knife gets dull during the warranty period and you are not comfortable sharpening it, return it to me and I will replace the edge for you. Customer pays shipping both ways. I will be adding tips to sharpen your knives to the website very soon.
